How do I log in?
Use Log in with your school email and the password you chose from your invite. Forgotten it? Use Reset your password.
How do I set homework?
In the school area, open Homework and choose Set homework. Pick the class, then the questions (by topic and difficulty, or one by one), then the set and due dates, then the options: when answers are shown and whether retries are allowed.
Where are the results?
Open the homework. You'll see who has handed it in, each pupil's marks, and the questions the class found hardest, hardest first. Open a pupil to see every answer.
How do I change a mark?
Open the pupil's answers from the homework results and change the mark on that question. The pupil sees the new mark.
What is "Question this mark"?
Pupils can press it under any marked answer when they think the mark is wrong. Whatever happens, you can change any mark yourself from the homework results.
Can I add my own questions?
Yes. Open Questions in the school area: add one with the form, or download the spreadsheet template, fill it in and upload it. Your questions are only seen in your school.
A pupil has forgotten their password
They can use Reset your password with their username: the link goes to their parent's email.

How do I add teachers?
Open Teachers in the school area and invite each colleague by their school email. They choose a password from the invite.
How do I add a class?
From Classes, add the class and its year group, then paste or upload the class list: first name, surname and a parent email for each pupil. Each parent gets an invite link for their child.
An invite has expired or gone missing
Invites last 14 days. Open the class and send the invite again; a cancelled or expired invite frees its seat.
How do I edit our school's site?
Open School site in the school area. Change the logo, colour, welcome, notices and each page's text, with a live preview.
Can we switch off Group Challenge?
Yes. In Settings, switch Friends and Group Challenge on or off for each year group.
When does our licence end?
The school area shows the end date and the seats used. You'll get an email 30 days and 7 days before it ends.
Something isn't working
Open Help & Support in the school area to report it and follow its progress. Other teachers ask their lead teacher to report issues.

How do I log in?
Go to your school's Clevzo site, or Log in here, and use the username and password you chose when you joined.
I've forgotten my password
Use Reset your password and type your username. The reset link goes to your parent's email.
I think a mark is wrong
Press "Question this mark" under the answer to have it looked at again. You can also tell your teacher.
Something isn't working
Tell your teacher, and they'll report it to us.

How does my child join?
Your child's school sends you an invite email. Open the link with your child: they pick a username and password, and they're in. There is nothing to pay.
The invite link doesn't work
Invites last 14 days. Ask your child's teacher to send a new one.
What data do you keep?
Your child's name and username for their teachers, their answers, and your email for invites and password resets. No adverts and no tracking. Read safeguarding and the privacy notice.
