Terms of use
These terms explain how Clevzo works for the students and teachers who use it through their school. The school's licence agreement with us covers what the school pays for and our duties to the school. If anything is unclear, email hello@prepacer.com.
Who we are
Clevzo is a trading name of JARY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17522627). Registered office: Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU. You can contact us at hello@prepacer.com.
What Clevzo is
Clevzo is a homework and practice service for schools. Teachers set homework and see results; students answer practice questions, get instant marking and explanations, and see their progress. It does not guarantee any exam result. Clevzo is independent: it is not connected to, or endorsed by, any exam board or test provider.
Accounts
- Your school decides who has an account. Students join from an invite sent to a parent and choose their own username and password; teachers are invited by their school.
- Keep your password to yourself, and tell your teacher (or us) if you think someone else has used your account.
- Families never pay for a school account. Access lasts while the school's licence runs and the school keeps you on its list.
Marking
Answers with one right answer are marked by the computer. Written answers are marked by an AI model against the mark points, and it can make mistakes: every AI mark shows its reasoning, can be flagged with “Question this mark”, and can be changed by a teacher.
Using Clevzo properly
- Use it for learning. Do not copy the questions to publish them, or try to get around the limits.
- Do not share a login with someone else.
- We or the school may suspend an account that is misused or puts others at risk.
Content
The questions, explanations and software are original and belong to us; they are not past papers. Questions a school adds remain the school's, and only its own students see them.
Our responsibility
We take care to keep Clevzo accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits anyone's legal rights, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell schools before a significant change applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
