For school leaders

One licence for the whole school.

Choose your key stages and any extras, a marking level and the number of pupils. We quote for your school and set it all up.

What's in a licence

Five things make up a licence

  1. 1

    Key stages

Tick the key stages you want. Each one gives its year groups the maths for their year (and, for KS4, the GCSE subjects).

  2. 2

    Extras

Optional: Primary extras with KS1 or KS2, Secondary extras with KS3. Every pupil in a covered year gets them.

  3. 3

    Marking level

Standard marking checks every answer and marks written answers against the mark points. Enhanced marking gives the most detailed feedback on written answers, and more of it.

  4. 4

    Pupils

A number of pupil seats for the whole school. Teachers don't use a seat, and you can add as many as you need.

  5. 5

    End date

A licence runs to an end date. The lead teacher gets an email 30 days and 7 days before it ends.

  • Standard or Enhanced marking
  • The number of pupils

Questions

Questions about licences

Why is there no price list?
Every school's mix of key stages, extras and pupils is different, so we quote for yours. Tell us about your school on the demo form and we'll send it.
Can we start with one key stage and add more later?
Yes. Ask us and we'll add key stages, extras or seats to your licence; the new year groups see their content straight away.
What happens when a pupil leaves?
A teacher removes them from the class: their access ends at once and their account is deleted 30 days later. The seat is free for someone else.
What happens when the licence ends?
Pupils can no longer log in, and 90 days later their accounts are deleted, with their answers and progress. Renew before then and everything carries on.
Do families pay anything?
No. Pupils use Clevzo through your school's licence, and nothing is ever sold to them or their parents.
Can we include a year group that is marked Coming?
Talk to us when you book a demo. The stage pages show what is ready today, year by year.
